Like nutrition, exercise is a critical component of wellness. But so often we fall short in an area that holds so much benefit for us. So many patients feel frustrated by not knowing how to start, by lack of time, or just a lack of motivation. Fortunately, exercise is not complicated and can be started in very simple sets that yield extraordinary gains.
